The Beau Rivage Beachfront apartment on Curacao, is a wonderful apartment with sea view, on the beach and with swimming pool.

The Beau Rivage Suite is centrally located. It is next to the famous Avila Beach Hotel, several good restaurants and the city center.

For a holiday in Curacao, this is a wonderful location. The sea and the beach in front, the historical city is close and beautiful!

The space

The house rules of the HOA allows max 2 adults per condo. A baby (till 2 years) is welcome and can stay for free.

The apartment has a balcony with sea view, sunscreen, ceiling ventilator, dinner table and comfortable chairs.

The 2 bedrooms have a private bathroom, both with shower, toilet, sinks and one with a bath tub. A Swiss Sense box spring beds, lined roller curtains with remote, ceiling ventilator.

There is airconditioner in the bedrooms and in the living room.

The new kitchen has an American Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, juicer and a build in wine cooler.

The living room has new furniture, TV with cable, wifi, blinds with remote, ceiling ventilators and a desk with a printer.

There is a private guarded parking in front and there is an elevator.

There is 24/7 security.

Weekly the apartment will be cleaned and you receive clean towels and bed linens.

Guest access

The Beach Suite is only for you to use. The beach and the swimming pool are shared use.

Of course I am available when you have questions or in case of calamities.

Other things to note

- Entrance to the beach and the use of the beach chairs is included

- Beach-, and bath towels, bedlinen, kitchen linen are there for you.

- With a stay of 7 nights or more there is a stay over cleaning with the change of (beach) towels and bed linens.

- There is hand soap but no shampoo or conditioner

- The WIFI is excellent

- A smart TV with Netflix, live TV from Europe, USA and Canada is in

the living room

- All the basics are there when you arrive, like toilet paper, tablets for the

dishwasher, pepper, salt, coffee and more. In case you run out, please complete yourself in case you need more.

- All the contacts are 220V and European. But we will put adapters for you!

When you have some, please bring them, then for sure you will have enough!

- There is an elevator in the building

- Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, never inside!

- Pets are not allowed

- No noise disturbance. Especially between 10 pm and 8 am.

- BBQ is not allowed.

- The use of 1 m3 water and 40 kWh electricity per day is included. That is average use. In case you use more, I have to charge you the extra use. Please be a little wise with the air conditioners, they us a lot of electricity. When you do that, you won't go over the free use!

-For € 30 (for a stay of max 2 weeks) we have a baby bed and or a highchair for rent, please let us know when you need those and we make sure it’s there when you arrive. (Including a mattress and linens for the bed)
