The space

Spacious, comfortable & fully equipped for your stay!

The Wharf comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with 3 inviting bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and a guest toilet.

Enjoy the open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate laundry room for your convenience.

Step out onto the generous wraparound balcony, where you’ll find a cozy lounge area, a dining table for al fresco meals, and a few quiet spots perfect for your morning coffee or evening drink.

To keep you cool and comfortable, the living room and all bedrooms are air-conditioned.

In the building there is a lounge area with a small library, a fitness area, a guarded parking garage and a swimming pool.

The Wharf is in the middle of the island and shops, musea, terraces, restaurants and even a small beach are on walking distance.

To other beaches, driving time varies between 10 (Mambo for example) or 40 minutes (Westpoint area).

Guest access

The Wharf condo is fully at your disposal.

The building includes a parking garage, a shared lounge area, and a shared swimming pool, all of which you may use as a guest.

Other things to note

- Bath and beach towels, bedlinen, kitchen linen are there for you.

- With a stay of 7 nights or more, there is a stay over cleaning with the change of (beach) towels and bed linens.

- A smart TV with a Firestick (Live TV from Europe, USA and Canada) in the living room

- All the contacts are 220V and European. But we will put adapters for you! When you have some, please bring them, then for sure you will have enough.

- When you have a baby or a small child and need a baby bed or a highchair, please let us know and we make sure it’s there when you arrive! The price is € 25 for Bothe for your whole stay.

- There is an elevator in the building

- Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Absolutely not inside!

- BBQ is not allowed on the balcony

- The use of 1 m3 water and 40 kWh electricity per day is included. That is normal use. In case you use more, we must charge you the local rates of € 8 per M3 water and € 0.45 per KwH for the extra use.

Please be wise with the air conditioners (shut them off when you leave the bedroom/ condo), they us a lot of electricity. When you do that, you won't go over the free use!
